Our On-Time Shipping Policy ensures that every buyer, supplier, and logistics partner upholds a standard of reliability, transparency, and accountability.
Whether your goods are moving across states or continents, GlobeEasy guarantees that your shipment timelines are monitored, verified, and protected through our integrated logistics and escrow systems.
Purpose of the On-Time Shipping Policy
In today’s fast-moving global marketplace, timely delivery is crucial to success.
The GlobeEasy On-Time Shipping Policy was built to:
- Ensure buyers receive products within the promised delivery schedule.
- Protect suppliers who dispatch orders on time with verifiable proof.
- Create an automated system of accountability between logistics providers, buyers, and exporters.
- Build long-term trust through consistency and reliability in every trade.
How the GlobeEasy On-Time Shipping System Works
Our smart trade operating system integrates with verified logistics partners and escrow payment modules to ensure transparency across every stage of shipment.
Order Confirmation & Dispatch Plan
Once the order is confirmed, the supplier provides dispatch and delivery timelines through their dashboard.
The buyer receives a digital contract outlining shipping terms, expected delivery date, and mode of transport (air, sea, or surface).
Shipment Handover & Real-Time Tracking
When goods are shipped, suppliers must upload the shipment tracking number, bill of lading, or courier proof.
GlobeEasy’s platform automatically tracks the shipment and updates both parties in real time.
Buyer Acknowledgment & Delivery Confirmation
Once goods are received, buyers confirm successful delivery within their dashboard.
This confirmation triggers escrow payment release to the supplier (unless a dispute is raised).
Delays or Exceptions
If any delay occurs, suppliers must notify GlobeEasy within 24 hours of the expected delay and update the new timeline.
GlobeEasy’s system sends automated alerts to both the buyer and logistics provider to maintain transparency.
Delivery Timeline Standards

Refund & Compensation for Late Delivery
If a supplier fails to ship or deliver within the agreed timeline without valid reasons, GlobeEasy ensures fairness through automatic investigation and refund policies:
Delayed Dispatch (Supplier Fault): Partial refund or compensation credit to buyer.
Non-Delivery (After Deadline + 7 Days): Full refund through escrow release to buyer.
Logistics Delay (Courier Fault): Supplier not penalized if proper dispatch proof exists.
Buyer Refusal Without Reason: Supplier receives full payment upon verification.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–15 working days after confirmation from both sides and GlobeEasy’s dispute resolution team.
Supplier Obligations
- To qualify for on-time shipping protection, suppliers must:
- Upload valid shipment documentation (bill of lading, airway bill, dispatch slip, etc.)
- Update tracking information immediately after dispatch
- Maintain transparent communication with buyers
- Follow packaging & labeling standards as per GlobeEasy’s trade compliance guidelines
Failure to comply with these steps may result in suspension from Verified Vendor / Supplier Programs.
Buyer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery and claim eligibility, buyers must: Provide accurate delivery address and contact information. Acknowledge receipt within 48 hours of delivery. Report any issue (missing, damaged, delayed shipment) within 7 days of receipt. Provide video/photo proof if shipment is defective or incomplete.
Escrow Integration for Secure Deliveries
All payments made through GlobeEasy Escrow remain securely held until:
