Track Your Orders in Real-Time

Easily monitor your trade orders from confirmation to delivery — all in one dashboard.

Here’s how to check your order status:

  1. Log in to your GlobeEasy account.

  2. Go to “Orders” section from your dashboard.

  3. Select the order you want to track.

  4. View real-time updates such as:

    • Order Confirmed

    • Processing

    • Shipped

    • In Transit

    • Delivered

If your order is delayed:

  • Contact your supplier through in-dashboard chat.

  • If no response within 48 hours, open a Support Ticket from your order page.

Note: For logistics orders, tracking numbers will be provided by your shipping partner.
