Here’s how to check your order status:
Log in to your GlobeEasy account.
Go to “Orders” section from your dashboard.
Select the order you want to track.
View real-time updates such as:
Order Confirmed
Processing
Shipped
In Transit
Delivered
If your order is delayed:
Contact your supplier through in-dashboard chat.
If no response within 48 hours, open a Support Ticket from your order page.
Note: For logistics orders, tracking numbers will be provided by your shipping partner.
