        2. Terms & Conditions

        By using Globe Easy, you agree to the following terms:

          Globe Easy is a B2B marketplace and trade operating system
          connecting buyers, suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

          All users must provide accurate details and valid documents.

          Suppliers and vendors are responsible for the quality, legality, and
          compliance of their goods/services.

          Buyers are responsible for making informed purchase
          decisions.

          Globe Easy is only responsible for transactions through Globe Easy Escrow.

          Transactions outside Escrow are not protected, and GlobeEasy will not be liable for disputes, delays, or losses.

          Globe Easy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

          3. Escrow, Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy

          Globe Easy offers Escrow protection for both buyers and
          suppliers/vendors.

          Escrow Process

            Buyer pays into Escrow.

            Supplier/vendor ships or provides services.

            Buyer confirms receipt/acceptance.

            Globe Easy releases payment to supplier/vendor.

            Applicability

              This policy applies to buyers, suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

              Refunds and dispute resolution are only available for Escrow transactions.

              Outside Escrow → Globe Easy is not responsible for any
              payment or shipment disputes.

              Buyer Responsibilities

                Buyer must check shipment immediately upon delivery.

                Buyer must report disputes within 7 days of delivery.

                Buyer must provide video and photo proof while unboxing the shipment.

                *For service-related transactions: Buyers must raise any dispute or issue within 48 hours (2 days) of service completion. After this period, the service is considered accepted and
                closed.

                Without valid proof, Globe Easy cannot process a refund.

                Supplier/Vendor Responsibilities

                  Supplier/vendor must provide valid shipment proofs (invoice,
                  courier tracking, packaging evidence).

                  Supplier/vendor must ship on time and provide accurate
                  product/service descriptions.

                  If a buyer dispute is proven valid, Globe Easy may hold or refund
                  Escrow funds.

                  Dispute Process

                    All disputes must be reported to Globe Easy within 7 days of
                    shipment delivery or service completion.

                    Investigation timeline: 1–10 business days.

                    If valid, refund or payment adjustment will be processed in
                    7–15 business days after investigation.

                    Globe Easy may request additional documents or evidence from both parties.

                    4. Supplier, Vendor & Service Provider Policy

                      Must provide valid licenses, compliance documents, and proof of
                      authorization.

                      Must not list counterfeit, illegal, or restricted goods/services.

                      Must ensure proper documentation, shipping, and packaging.

                      Globe Easy reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments for non-compliance.

                      5. Refund Policy Summary

                      Refunds or payment reversals are possible only under Globe Easy
                      Escrow in the following cases:

                        Non-shipment or failure to provide agreed services

                        Fake, counterfeit, or misrepresented goods/services

                        Proven quality disputes with valid buyer evidence (videos/photos
                        of shipment opening)

                        Proven breach of agreed service terms
                        Refunds will not be granted if:

                        Disputes are reported after 7 days of delivery completion
                        Disputes are reported after 48 hours of service completion*

                        Required evidence is missing or incomplete

                        6. Disclaimer

                          Globe Easy is a platform provider and escrow facilitator.

                          We are not the manufacturer, logistics operator, or service
                          provider.

                          All product/service quality, shipment timelines, and compliance
                          remain the responsibility of the supplier/vendor.

                          Globe Easy liability is limited to Escrow transactions only.
