We want every trade experience to be safe, fair, and transparent.
If your product or service is not delivered as agreed, you can request a refund following the process below.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Product not delivered within the agreed timeline

  • Product or service does not match the description

  • Order cancelled before processing/shipping

Refund Process:

  1. Go to My Orders > Select the order

  2. Click Request Refund

  3. Fill in refund reason and upload proof if required

  4. Our support team reviews within 3–5 business days

  5. Refund is processed to your original payment method

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are only available for verified transactions on GlobeEasy.

  • Orders paid outside the platform are not eligible for protection.

  • Refund approval depends on verification and compliance with GlobeEasy policies,
