Globe Easy TradeOS – Supplier & Vendor Terms & Conditions

By registering as a Supplier or Vendor (“You”) on Globe Easy Trade Operating System & Marketplace (“Globe Easy”, “We”, “Our”, “Platform”), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility & Registration

1.1 You must be a legally registered business entity in your country of operation.

1.2 You must provide valid business registration documents, tax identification numbers, and import/export licenses as required.

1.3 You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted in the registration form is accurate and up-to-date.

2. Compliance & Legal Obligations

2.1 You must comply with all local and international trade laws, including import/export regulations, tax obligations, and sanctions.

2.2 Suppliers must ensure that their products or services meet global quality standards and do not violate intellectual property rights, counterfeit laws, or banned product lists.

2.3 Vendors must adhere to anti-bribery, anti-money laundering (AML), and anti-corruption policies applicable worldwide.

3. Product & Service Listings

3.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of your product/service descriptions, pricing, certifications, and images.

3.2 Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

3.3 Products must comply with health, safety, and environmental standards in target export markets.

4. Documentation & Verification

4.1 You must upload valid documents, including business license, tax certificate, and relevant product/service certifications (ISO, FSC, GMP, etc.).

4.2 Globe Easy reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and third-party verifications.

4.3 Non-cooperation in verification may lead to rejection or termination of your account.

5. Transactions & Payments

5.1 Globe Easy is a B2B platform and service provider, not a buyer or seller of products/services.

5.2 All contracts, purchase orders, and payment terms are directly between Buyer and Supplier/Vendor.

5.3 Suppliers/Vendors must clearly specify minimum order quantity (MOQ), lead times, Incoterms, and accepted payment methods.

5.4 Globe Easy may provide payment protection, escrow, or fintech services through verified partners (optional).

6. Logistics & Delivery

6.1 Suppliers/Vendors are responsible for safe packaging, correct documentation, and timely delivery of goods.

6.2 If you use Globe Easy–partnered logistics services, additional terms will apply.

6.3 Any disputes on shipping, insurance, or customs clearance are to be resolved between the concerned parties.

7. Sustainability & Ethical Responsibility

7.1 Globe Easy promotes eco-friendly, sustainable, and ethical trade practices.

7.2 Vendors must not engage in child labor, forced labor, or environmentally harmful practices.

7.3 Preference will be given to vendors holding sustainability certifications (FSC, Fair Trade, Organic, etc.).

8. Fees & Subscriptions

8.1 Registration may be free for MVP stage; however, premium features, advertising, and verified supplier badges may be chargeable.

8.2 Globe Easy reserves the right to update subscription and commission models with prior notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Globe Easy is not a party to disputes between Buyers and Suppliers/Vendors.

9.2 Disputes should be resolved directly between the contracting parties.

9.3 In case of platform-related disputes, Globe Easy will attempt mediation, but final liability lies with the Supplier/Vendor.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1 Globe Easy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Provide false or misleading information

Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities

Violate trade laws or these T&Cs

10.2 Termination may result in blacklisting and reporting to trade compliance authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Globe Easy acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for:

Quality, legality, or delivery of goods/services

Buyer or Supplier/Vendor default in payments or performance

11.2 Globe Easy’s liability is strictly limited to the extent of platform service fees paid (if any).

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India & International Trade Regulations (WTO, ICC, UNCITRAL).

12.2 Any disputes will be subject to arbitration in Hyderabad, India, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

13. Updates to Terms

13.1 Globe Easy may update these Terms from time to time.

13.2 Suppliers/Vendors will be notified via registered email and platform announcements.

13.3 Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
